The Board of Directors of Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A., in its meeting of 26 March 2004, unanimously approved the Regulations of the Board, and in its meeting of 31 January 2006, unanimously agreed to include an Additional Provision in these Regulations.
The Board of Directors of Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A., in its meeting of 2 May 2007, unanimously agreed to introduce modifications into Sections 4, 5, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 26 and 30 of the Regulations of the Board, to be better adapted to some recommendations of the Unified Code of Good Governance. The corresponding notification of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (Spanish Stock Exchange Commission) has already been made, and figures in the Mercantile Register dated 7 June 2007. These modifications have been communicated in the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 29 June 2007.
