2.1. - Before 14.00 h on 11 January 2010, which is he day immediately before the date of the first announcement.
2.2. - For that, the shareholder must have a recognised electronic signature accredited through a recognised and current electronic certificate according to the provisions on Law 59/2003 on Electronic Signatures. You can check the mechanisms for obtaining the certificates in the attached file.
2.3. – Either way, on the day of the Meeting the representative must bring the attendance card issued on the name of the represented shareholder, proving through this card or showing it together with other documentation a minimum of 300 shares as established in the Articles of Association.
