SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

In order to implement its commitments to its suppliers, Agbar has a supplier registration process, outsourced with the company Achilles South Europe (www.achilles.com/es/Spain/), by means of which all companies interested in being suppliers of Agbar can register (Basic Registration).

The following steps will be followed to formalize the registration process:
  • Fill in the registration form.
  • The details provided by the suppliers for the performance of their activity for Agbar will be analyzed and confirmed and, if appropriate, the supplier registration will be formalized.
  • If the registration process is not passed, Agbar may request an improvement plan and corrective actions in order to rectify the deviations detected.
  • The supplier must update the details introduced in this register annually, by accessing Modify/update details.
Agbar uses this supplier registration as a reference in the hiring that it carries out, thus ensuring that it fulfils the above-mentioned commitments.

If required by Agbar, the supplier should register with RePro (Extended Registration) to be able to participate in a tender process: http://www.achilles.com/es/Spain/Nuestros-sectores/Sector-Utilites/Solicite-su-registro/

The supplier may not use the Agbar brand for any advertising or commercial purpose without the express authorization of Agbar.
