Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Details of a Personal Nature (LOPD), we hereby inform you that the personal details with which you provide us by means of this website or subsequently as a result of the processing of this initial contact, shall be included in a file managed by Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A. for the purpose of helping us to respond to the enquiries and requests that you send us. We also inform you that your details may be assigned to the companies in which Agbar holds a stake for the purpose indicated.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by sending an e-mail to the address comunicacion@agbar.es indicating in the subject “Exercising ARCO rights” or by writing to Marketing and Public Relations Office, Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A., Av. Diagonal, 211, 08018 Barcelona (Spain).
Failure to complete or partial completion of the details of a personal nature which are required from you will mean that your request cannot be dealt with. Kindly inform us of any change to your personal details, so that the information contained in our files is up to date at all times and does not contain mistakes.
The purposes of collecting your details are those which are specifically indicated on each of the pages which contain the different electronic registration forms. In general, the personal details with which you provide us will be processed for the purpose of helping us to respond to the enquiries and requests that you send us.
We hereby inform you that the security measures of a technical and organizational nature have been introduced which are necessary to guarantee the security of your details of a personal nature and to prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing and/or access, all in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the LOPD and of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the regulation developing the LOPD.
